Michael Waters, there's not a lot to say about him. But I will tell you what I know. He lives in Lincoln, Arcadia. He goes to the same high school as me which is the only school in Arcadia. He doesn't have friends. Rarely smiles, He doesn't talk to a lot of people. He's 17. His hair is as black as charcoal and his eyes are a mesmerizing ocean blue. He's about 5'9 and is fairly skinny.
