So basically this is going to be a Sanders sides Fanfic in a Tangled (the movie) AU. It isn't going to be exactly the same as the movie, I will make my own changes and all. He has never touched the ground, has never run through the summer grass, has never touched snow, or swam, or gone to a festival, or anything. He reads the books he has, he paints on the walls (if he can find a place to), he cleans and cooks and learns to sew and spends his days dreaming of the outside and finding new things to do. Every night on his birthday, thousands of stars enter the sky that never show up on any other day. He Kong's to go out there and see them even better then he can through the window of the tower. But father would never allow it. But then, somethings happens. Three men show up in his tower. They offer to take him to see the lights. To go outside. Will he take this once in a life time chance? Virgil moved to New York to try and move past his old demons that had been causing him to struggle in life since he was thirteen. The problem is, he's got limited money, and being new in town means he's got no friends and certainly no family to turn to for help. However, he happens to catch a lucky break by getting a job as a technician for a musical. The anxious young man wasn't expecting to fall in love with the Broadway star playing the lead though.
