Saan galing ang mga kuwento? Paano pumili ng pamagat? Anu-ano ang mga story elements? Gaano kalaki ang plot? Ilan ang dapat na tauhan sa kuwento? Bakit may setting? Aling point of view ang dapat na gamitin sa pagsulat? Kailan dapat maglagay ng Prologue o ng Epilogue? Saan ginagamit ang theme? Ano ang writing style? Bakit may ending? Paano ba ang magsulat? Hindi nauubos ang mga malilikot na kuwento, katulad ng hindi maubos na mga tanong tungkol sa pagsulat. Ang librong ito ay sumasagot sa mga tanong ng isang baguhang manunulat at nagpapaalala naman sa matagal nang mangingibig ng sining ng pagsulat.
