Shelby was the only person that Ross could talk too, one day when Ross gets back from torture, aka school, his mother says that they are moving! and the best part, was it was to Washington! the place where his cousin lived! He was more happy than he has ever been that day. when his family finally moves, he gets to meet Shelby for the first time in real life! everything was seeming to be going perfectly, tell the first day of school began.
