When a young, ambitious woman by the name of Joy was simply minding her business one day she stumbled into a very handsome stranger: a police officer. On the surface he was warm, inviting and worst of all he had an unmistakable charm about him that fueled the fear in her heart. To put things simply, the independent Joy - being an impressionable black woman who resided in the states - felt greatly intimidated by the police. Yet when met with the large eyes of the overtly friendly policeman, she feels greatly conflicted. What would they make of each other? It was a question the both of them found stalking them since that fateful encounter. Though, despite her fears he tends to show a growing attraction for the gorgeous lady that bumped into him.
