Kate Young, a 23 year old a recent college graduate who has built a substantial following on YouTube for the last five years is invited on tour by Danny Duncan, an old high school friend and the dummer of We The Kings. However, her excitement turns to uncertainty when she discovers one of the bandmates might not be the best person to be alone around. As the tour progresses, Kate grapples with old feelings, new emotions, conflicts, lies, and betrayals within three short months. What should have been a carefree summer turns into a whirlwind of challenges and questionable choices. Kate begins to question whether she should have stayed home instead of embarking on this adventure to boost her following, travel around the US, and rekindle a friendship.
Danny Duncan, the drummer of We The Kings, is thrilled about Kate joining their tour. He sees it as a chance to mend their friendship and believes that the tour will be the perfect setting for reconnecting and strengthening their bond. Danny has always been protective and supportive of Kate throughout their lives, but he becomes concerned as he observes Travis Clark developing a friendship and feelings for Kate, the woman he's been a fan of for years.
Travis Clark, the lead singer of We The Kings, has been a devoted fan of Kate Young's YouTube channel for the past four years. Her videos have been his go-to source of comfort and entertainment, providing a constant background noise during meals. When he learns that she's joining his band's tour bus, he's both thrilled and apprehensive. While he's eager to get to know her, he's also concerned about the potential complications that could arise if their friendship takes a romantic turn. Is he simply a casual fan, or is he becoming overly obsessed with her?
