It was a while after the Wither Storm was defeated. Jesse's best friend died a while ago. Jesse vowed to never replace his piglet friend. But his mind was quickly changed when he heard a cry while walking one night. A cry of pain, a cry for help... A cry of anguish from something that was surely alone.

Jesse can't sleep. While being haunted by nightmares of Reuben's death, and failing her friends, she is being hunted. She must now find a way to save the world before it's too late, even if it meant sacrificing her birthday and a well deserved day off. Meanwhile, trouble is brewing in other worlds. Harper and Ivor have been trying to repair Crown Mesa, but the town keeps getting destroyed by unknown forces. Ivor has his suspicions on who is causing the attacks. What do they want? What do Jesse and her friends have to do with it? When a secret society reveals themselves- a society meant to protect the world from this dangerous villain- Jesse is once again dragged into something she never had anything to do with in the first place. Jesse knew one day it would be too much for her to handle. Lukas knew. But no one else did. When it happened, no one guessed that it would be so bad. With Lukas by her side, will Jesse be able to regain her memory? Or will the returned villain get their revenge? If I owned Minecraft Story Mode, Reuben wouldn't have died. And Soren would have finished his AMAZING song for the endermen.

Jesse, emotionally and physically exhausted, loses a Hadrian's twisted game and is sent to the mine. Her team, The New Order of the Stone, while scared for the wellbeing of their beloved leader, realizes that the only way to get Jesse back is to do it themselves.

Jesse is betrayed by the people he thought were his friends. Over time, Jesse has to forget his past and move on to bigger and better things. However, those people who betrayed him will make it hard for him. Story takes place during "Order Up!"

Jesse accidently comits a crime. Then, he meets a blonde named Lukas. WARNING: Major character death.

Jesse was a great hero who sacrificed herself to save the world from the Wither Storm. Her friends miss her deeply, but must go on yet another mission to clean up the old Order's mess. They meet a young girl named Jennifer, someone that seems familiar to all of them. As they go on yet another exciting adventure they will hold Jesse close to their hearts, though maybe she is closer then they think. What does their journey hold for them?
