This is a story is inspired by the short story "The Nameless City" by H.P. Lovecraft. I claim none of the original parts of the story, only those that are not part of the original. Enjoy, and although it may be challenging, Lovecraft's writing is, in my opinion, the best of all the classics. Forget Poe's horror, turn to Lovecraft.
