Naruto was caught by Danzo when he was young and was experimented on for a decent amount of time before anyone noticed he had been gone. When he is set back into the streets he eventually is given an apartment and then put into the academy. That is all that in the past now though, and Naruto is put into a genin squad but there's one problem; no one knew what happened to Naruto when he was experimented on. Will they find out? And how will team 7 react to the ultimate Jinchuriki? Update: This was basically the first thing I ever wrote, and the only reason why I haven't deleted it is because people seem to like this disjointed mess of plot threads and grammatical errors. There is a military camp called Konoha Military Camp or KMC for short. In this camp the people are separated into two groups, the Alpha's, the one's unable to bear children. And the Omega's, the one's able to bear children. An Omega and Alpha can either be a girl or a boy. Trainee's were put in pairs, a Alpha and an Omega. They stay in this team until they either retire or they die. But what happens when there is a malfunction in the science lab at the camp? What if this malfunction gives everyone inside the camp and those in a 10 mile radius the ability to transform in an animal? What if it gives those people more primal instincts depending on if they can have children or not?

What if Naruto Uzumaki, the dead last of the academy and the village pariah, was secretly a prodigy and inventor. I don't own Naruto so don't sue me.
