While away at college Noah met a girl and decided that even though he still loved Elle, he couldn't handle long distance. While at Harvard Noah looses it. He hears from all his friends that Elle hasn't been to school in a while that she doesn't go out anymore. They never see her at the arcade with Lee they actually never see her anywhere. It is bad enough she broke up with him thinking he needed space but to drop off the face of the earth what is wrong.
