Polly Robertson is a vampire who can't be destroyed, but nobody is really sure why. Her old friend Damon Salvatore asks her to come help look after the human Elena Gilbert, as the original vampire is after her. It doesn't really help the fact that Polly has a romantic past with the original, Klaus.
