This is a compilation of poems and other random things I write, usually at 8 a.m. in the subway or 11 p.m. while I eat cereal.

As we float through life, victimized by circumstance and stalked by rumours, we come to understand that false rumours have opposites: realities. These are the realities to which this book is dedicated. These realities share only truth, for some are harsh, some are cruel and some are bitter. But, the truth that binds them inspires the dissection of emotion- allowing a comprehension of feeling. Each poem is bound to a reality.
