There is an end of semester ball, Izuku doesn't seem overly interested but things start to change when he begins crossing paths with Mina, though things start to change for the 2 of them as their friendship grows. This originally started as a random story but I decided to start adding personality to the characters and took inspiration from other fanfics and began writing about my hero academia and before long this happened. Might be a slow burn but as I said this is my first ever fanfiction and i don't know how long it will go for but enjoy. Disclaimer I do not own my hero academia. Izuku Midoriya has always dreamed of becoming a hero since he was a young child. However, the constant bullying from Katsuki Bakugou has led him to believe that he will never truly become one without a Quirk. He goes to extreme, and rather unnecessary, measures for the possibility of a Quirk after a rather quick talk with the Number One Hero, All Might. However, an unforseen event has led him to be blinded and discovered by someone who has been lurking about for a long while now. !!!DISCLAIMER!!! I do not own the cover art or the characters in this story. However, the storyline and a few of the events are completely made up.

Deku wasn't one of the Wild Wild Pussycats, but he lived with them. He ate with them, he drank with them, he joked with them, laughed, cried etc. But there was one thing they didn't do with him. They didn't fanboy over the UA students coming for the training camp. And they certainly didn't fall in love with a certain bubbly brunette who had trouble starting a fire.

Fanfiction for the pairing of Izuku Midoriya and Mina Ashido. Might be a bit of a slow burn, we'll see. Probably some fluff, but, like my other stories, no plans on Lemons. IzuOcha is still my favorite pairing, but IzuMina has definitely gained serious traction, and I could definitely see it happening, given the right storyline. EDIT: Due to watching the anime again, and continued reading of IzuMina, this pairing has replaced IzuOcha as my favorite. Still like IzuOcha, but, so far, it has impeded Uraraka's character development. Sorry. Disclaimer: I do not own My Hero Academia. Images are also not mine. The only reason Midoriya got to talking with Ashido was because his bandages needed reapplying. Still, this small hand of fate was all that was needed to spark a friendship and a far closer bond between the two classmates. I honestly have no idea what their ship name is, so I'ma call it MinaDeku. After the events of the summer camp and with the rescue of Bakugo. Sosaki Shino or better known as Pro-Hero Mandalay is facing a conflict of the safety of her nephew which only Izuku can solve. Giving the time and patience Shino will recognize Midoriya for the kind hearted character she beloved him by.

Izuku's quirk hadn't manifested yet and people assumed he was quirk less and for that he was bullied and harassed but everything got worse when he was blinded by the one he called friend then after meeting someone who shares Izuku's disability everything begins to change (I don't own my hero academia and I don't own the artwork)
