An ominous night, and he awakens within an empty house. He strides through the rooms, watching, waiting, but there is no one to accompany him, no light to pay him comfort, and no plan to bid his escape. The walls are dusty and bare, and he is unable to recognize them. Photographs remain empty. Scratches cover the faces of who used to exist. The window is sick of the sound. The masked man conceals an inner smile and whispers to himself. He lowers the knife. A clock on the wall reverses his memory, and the hour reverts to midnight.
