"L-listen... I know, I-" he started, his voice sounding heavy and muffled from the tears that were starting to form. "I'm upset, too. W-we can forget-" I stopped his words by shoving him against the wall and kissing the heck out of his lips. I couldn't stop, I didn't care about it being disgusting -- because it didn't feel that way, it didn't feel wrong, and no one was there to tell me it was. (LGBT themes).

A tale in which a thief with a double life grudgingly becomes a hero. ➳ Liana Mason has a life anyone would envy. Nobody suspects that the once orphaned girl grew up to be the city's notorious vigilante. She has been fine walking on the edge of morality for much of her life, but when an assassin arrives in her city she's forced to play a role she never imagined she'd choose: hero. A Robin Hood retelling. Trigger Warning: This contains themes that may be triggering for some readers (violence, sexual assault, etc). Cover designed by Ray Gardener

At sixteen, he's already emotionally drained, and often finds himself caught between giving up completely, and chasing after the dream of life getting better. But it's just a dream, after all. The school's administrators have lumped him in with the 'troubled kids', his mother thinks he's just acting out... but then his life really flips upside down. After a wild sophomore year and junior summer, confessions are made and secrets are out. But Jema feels more trapped than ever. Along comes a boy with a harder shell than Jema. The unexpected bond between them flourishes. But all good things must come to an end. "Jema" has been #490 in Teen Fiction. (boyxboy in the title because WP asked me to)
