She soared effortlessly through the forsaken town of Zhiganshina, searching frantically. Wall Maria, once standing strong at 50 meters tall had become frail and conquered by the very thing it was made to protect us from. She landed on her feet propelling her body forward into a run towards Eren as fast as she could as Titans clawed at the wall from each side. They stood on top as the wall trembled, struggling to stand, to defend. "We need to distract them so that we can get to that basement" He said staring at where his house, their house, once stood. "This is it," She said, "The end", and with that... she jumped. All Mikasa ever wanted was to have Eren by her side, to keep him safe and live a quiet life, just the two of them. But, with the human race shrivelled and on the cusps of extinction, Mikasa uncovers more truths that will take her life, her very means of living, in a whole new direction. Will this get in the way of her dreams of a quiet life with Eren? "You shouldn't have done it. I never should have let you, how long are you going to keep doing this!" Fists clenched and tears falling down his cheeks, he looked down at the girl worth a hundred soldiers, battered and defeated. "For you," she smiled "A thousand times".

A short epilogue novel written by Jun Eishima, telling the events directly after the end of Final Fantasy XIII. The story depicts Vanille and Fang continuing to watch over Lightning, Sazh, Snow, and Hope as they reunite with Serah and Dajh from within their crystal sleep. The remaining soldiers from PSICOM, the Guardian Corps and the Cavalry continuing to evacuate survivors from Cocoon. It is revealed that although two-thirds of Cocoon survived destruction, one-third did not, mainly around the town of Bodhum; but since it was empty at the time, the population was ironically "saved" by the Purge. Snow, Serah, and Lightning resolve to somehow make their own city on Gran Pulse, though Snow also wants to find a way to save Fang and Vanille. Sazh decides to help with the evacuation of survivors while looking after Dajh, while Hope resolves to help out in any way he can after learning his father is alive and well. Later, Lightning decides to go on her own journey to find a way to save Fang and Vanille. She believes the answer might be somewhere in an unexplored area of Gran Pulse, and that people may have managed to survive all the years after the War of Transgression. Without telling the others, Lightning runs off spurred by a strange feeling, with the belief that the fight is far from over.

REWRITE STARTED: 4/12/23 This just in, breaking news, Niflheim forces have surrounded Insomnia in an attempt to take over Crown City. We can confirm that Royal forces are en route to defend the nation's capital. All civilians are ordered to shelter in place or underground and all protestors are being asked to seek shelter in businesses. What was once a grand city of hope is now a battlefield. Insomnia, as we know it, is falling. - This is my own personal twist on FFXV. I, in no way, claim ownership of the characters created by the Final Fantasy franchise. I do, however, claim the rights to my own original character.

It was one girl's dream to be a warrior when everyone in her small village wanted peace, but the predicted danger set the wheel of fate in motion. The murder of High King Torygg that divided Skyrim, the prophecy of the "World Eater", Alduin, and the manifold divisions that have wrought such damage upon the land unravel the tales of the one to defeat them all. "In their tongue he is called Dovakiin: Dragonborn." *I do not own Skyrim. Skyrim belongs to BETHESDA and the cover belongs to Lindsay Stirling*
