Follow Sang and the boys as they sidestep through the minefield that is parenthood. They may have an unconventional family, but that doesn't mean they don't struggle with some of the same problems as any other families in the world. I've hidden behind the lens of a camera since I was seven years old. My Mom dying turned me into a shell of a person; I stopped speaking, I hid behind fake glasses, my hair and baggy clothes. I let my father move us around, never asking questions when he would disappear for days at a time from the time I turned thirteen. The only thing that my father did that ever got the rare smile from me was when my birthday came around and he brought me a camera every year. The camera was my security blanket, another eye that I used to see things through, another way to observe even as I pressed that shutter button. Moving to a new town, a new school never fazed me; I never purposely drew attention to myself.
