She wanted to be swept away in a world of fantasy and romance, like from the books she read. But, reality is harsh on her. Not only, it is impossible to happen, even romance is out of the window. Still, a girl can dream, can't she? However, the world of magicals and supernatural are not for the faint hearted. Nor for the innocent, little Rose. Will she welcome it with open arms? And thrust forward to what is to come. Or ignore it? Fiona tries her best to be normal although life has done nothing but beat her down. How is a person possibly suppose to stay so positive in such a situation? Since the age of 13 Fiona has been cursed with the ability to see the spirits of the deceased. This ability makes it impossible for her to become close to anyone. Now, Fiona is 18 and forced to live alone. Still attempting to make the best of her life, she lives isolated from the world. When she meets a magician named Edwin, she instantly feels envious of his normal life. She wants more than anything to turn his life upside down while he wants nothing more to save her. Both souls haunted but after all the dead love company.
