serənˈdipitē/ (noun): The occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way. "Girls are awful, that's why I'm not friends with them." - Sydney Barker. Seventeen year old Sydney Barker prefers to have guys as friends over girls. For her, girls are just too dramatic and problematic. Her five best friends, Walker, Bradley, Tanner, Mikey and Drew, have always been there or her, and she knows that they always will be. But in between her senior year of high school and personal problems, will one of those friends be there for her more so than the others? And in more than a friendly way? Sydney's never been the one for long overdrawn relationships, simply because the thought of being with someone for extended periods of time frighten her. As her friends like to say, she has severe commitment issues. But maybe, just maybe, if the right guy is their for her, Sydney can find it in her to get past her so called 'commitment issue'. © Copyright 2013 Millie Morgan. All Rights Reserved.

Bronte Davis is Worthington High's sweetheart. With a charismatic and loveable personality and a drive to help anyone and everyone, it's easy to understand just why everyone loves her. That is, everyone except Blake Parker; the school's rude and arrogant bad boy. But even that's not hard to understand why. While Blake is mean, cruel and egotistical, Bronte is kind, helpful and humble. So what happens when Bronte is forced to stay at Blake's house since her parents are off on a work trip around Africa? Well, with Bronte's sudden determination to befriend the arrogant Bad Boy, you can only imagine all the different possibilities. Yes, all the possibilities that involve the two ripping each other's throats out, that is. With late night conversations, ruthless pranks, constant bickering and secrets that are yet to unfold, its a miracle the two haven't killed each other... yet. Then again, opposites do attract. ▲ ▲ ▲ Cover made by @jeoneunkiko

When the quiet girl in Clayton Hugh's chemistry class comes knocking on his door at five in the morning barely covered up in her little pajamas, inattentive, and drooling like crazy, he has no choice but to take her inside. But once Lucy Walker wakes up inside a room she has never seen before wearing an over-sized t-shirt and gym shorts, you can imagine the pure panic setting in her. The subtle addition of Clayton entering the room shirtless doesn't help much either. After three years of fawning over him, leave it up to her sleepwalking to finally get Clayton Hugh to notice her.

Dear Library Girl, I almost asked you what was wrong the first time I saw you crying. Then I saw the book you were reading, and realized that you were crying because of it. And I was interested, because I'd never read anything that moved me that much. I checked out the book you were reading, and guess what? I cried - just a little - too. That's how it started. Every time I go to the library, you're almost always there, usually with a completely new book. Sometimes you smile, or laugh out loud, or cry again, and when you do, I check out the book you're reading. That was it, really, until I realized how gorgeous you are. You're not pretty in the normal kind of way, but god, when you smile, it lights up your face in the best way. I wish you'd notice me, sitting a few tables away from you, reading the book you were reading a few days ago. I wish you'd smile at me. I don't have the guts to talk to you. I'm afraid you won't be anything at all like I imagine. One of these days, I'll work up the courage and I'll ask you about what you're reading. And maybe you'll smile that gorgeous smile and tell me all about it, and then we'll talk about all the books we've read. But until then, thank you for the book recommendations. I love them. Love, Tyler *The body of this letter is not my original work, but rather a prompt for the story you are (hopefully) about to read. Enjoy! French translation on @ClesteVrld's profile!

You'd think that finding out that your all-state football champion boyfriend has been cheating on you with your best friend, that you got rejected from the college of your dreams , and that you're actually not biologically your parents', all in one day, would be crazy; and you'd be totally right. But for Harper Dale, an over privileged 17 year old, it's just a typical Tuesday afternoon. When everything in her life falls apart within the span of five hours, she's lost...until her saving grace appears in the form of a black SUV and three boys she hardly knows. Soon, she's on the road to absolutely nowhere, to find out where she comes from and who she wants to be with four unlikely allies; her obnoxious sworn enemy, his slightly less obnoxious best friends, and an aging go go dancer that may or may not be a sign that she's completely lost her mind. All Harper has to do is get her answers and ignore the fact that she may or may not be feeling head over heels for the one person capable of actually hurting her. Easier said than done.
