It was common knowledge that even in the Wizarding World, coming back from the dead was unheard of. However, when it comes to the Potters, people have learned to expect the unexpected. The threat of Voldemort continued to loom over Great Britain, despite the Ministry's insistence that it was all false, an ingenious plan by Dumbledore to take over as Minister of Magic. From finally being able to get to know his parents, being hated by most of the Wizarding World and developing powers he didn't know he was capable of, Harry's fifth year at Hogwarts was bound to be his most perplexing one yet. What will happen when James and Lily Potter return from the dead?

It is the night of the second wizarding war, Harry Potter has just defeated Lord Voldemort, and without any warning the ones who had died for to save him walk through the doors of the great hall, but the two people he is happiest about seeing are his parents. Harry's wish has come true, he has a family, but for how long and will the Death Eaters plans to bring their master back stand in the way of Harry and him having the family he has always wanted?

What happens when Albus Severus Potter messes with his father's potion in progress? A group of people that have been dead for years appear in the Potters living room, that's what! After all, they never said there wasn't a potion to bring back the dead. DISCONTINUED. But! I've rewritten this story as another called "The Return" on my profile.
