It has been four years since Stefan has left Mystic Falls, due to all the drama and life threatening situations. That made him upset, but he put it aside so they can figure out a way to get rid of Silas for good. When they finally did, he left. He left them and the others a letter explaining his leave. Stefan hasn't spoken to any of them since he left. He is moving on and going through some ups and downs and crazy adventures of his own and he also finds love. When he gets there, he learns the favor Klaus is asking is to take care of his daughter until the dangers in New Orleans are settled. It takes a little convincing, but Stefan accepts. Will he take great care of Hope? Will he stay in Mystic Falls with Hope? Or will he leave for her safety? If he does leave will he eventually go back to Mystic Falls? If he does, how will the others react when they find out he's been raising their enemies child?
