The cast of Greys Anatomy has been brought back in time to their dramatic highschool years.

Meredith Grey is a neurosurgery attending at Seattle Grace Mercy West hospital and when Dr Richard Webber retires he calls in Dr Derek Shepherd from New York and she realises she has a crush on her new chief of surgery and Derek realises he has a crush on one of his employees.
