It was a strange birth defect that no body has really ever seen before. When she was only a day old, her mother abandoned her at a stranger's house since she found her missing eye 'frightening' and 'inhuman'. Her father tried to stop her mother from doing so, but when he came home he found out she already ditched (f/n) and he left her that night. At first it was difficult for her to do every day things since she would need both to balance herself when walking and/or grabbing and handing over things. He didn't mind her missing eye since she was only human and couldn't change that about her. He actually found it unique and she was still beautiful inside and out, with or without a missing eye.
