If depression were a colour, It would be the shade of your tears as they endlessly flow down your face If depression were a taste, It would be just like the emptiness in your stomach as you starve yourself in the efforts to become skinny If depression were a smell, It would be just like the metallic scent of blood from the cuts that ease your pain If depression were a sound, It would be just like the taunts of all those who teased you, echoing through your mind, eating away at your very existence.
