We've all got a back story. A story we don't like openly sharing. One that we only let certain people know about. Well this is the story of Lacey Hadon. You're average nerdy 16 year old. She seems pretty normal but then again everyone has a mask, no one really lets on how they feel anymore. Lacey once had a normal and beautiful family. However, the sad thing is that all good things must come to an end. After a series of unfortunate events, Lacey looses faith in love. Battling silently with depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, Lacey feels as if the entire world is against her. What happens when the one thing Lacey loves most in this world combines with the thing she hates most? Well when Dimples and Tattoos mix, ladies and gentlemen, you are given Mason Rush. Ah, Mason Rush. The one person who understands how it feels to fake a smile every single day. Mason once had a perfect family too. Once, back when things were still normal. Everyone always says that only light can pull you out of your darkness. This is a story which proves that statement wrong. What happens when darkness collides with darkness? Will things go smoothly? Will Lacey and mason finally find hope again? Or will things end in a horrible mess? Well in order to find out how it ends, they're going to have to face many more hurdles to get their happily ever after.
