All of our experiences as LGBTQ+ people are different, informed by religion, culture, race, ethnicity, gender, etc. so an important part of being in a community is sharing with one another how we're navigating being queer in this world. Of course, you don't have to be queer to share in this space with us. Being an ally brings many of its own challenges, and we're stronger together. Sharing our stories is uplifting for people in darker places, and comforting to those who can relate. In a dystopian world, overpopulation has resulted in a society that is purely focused on the survival of the human race. For the women of Lotus, there are two options: assist in the repopulation of the species that suffers an abnormally high infertility rate or leave in a body bag. Kaira's bleak future takes a turn and she is forced to leave her home to go to Pine, the capital of Lotus. Side note: in the near future, I will be changing a few things within the story.

Abby has always just been identified as stutter girl. Her high school life was a complete disaster, she lived in her sister's shadow the entire time and any chance she had at having a social life was brutally murdered after Scott Rogers mocked her about her stuttering their very first day of freshman year. Scott is the quote on quote 'bad boy' of the school. Or at least that's what everyone else has him pinned as. He may be a huge flirt, but he sure doesn't sleep around. He genuinely only made fun of Abby that first day because he was curious, but then again with Scott his curiosity isn't always what he should lead by. Of course Scott and Abby went their separate ways after Scott got kicked out several weeks after the incident, and Abby was eternally grateful for that. She thought she'd never have to see her bully again since he had been shipped off to private school. But then college came along and with college comes new people...and maybe even a few old ones. What happens when not only are Scott and Abby reunited but they have to share a room? Could it be love? Hate? Follow Scott and Abby as they explore feelings they never thought they'd ever get the chance to experience and maybe even more than that. 9/21/17: #1 in Chicklit

I shut my eyes close as if by doing this, I would magically disappear from his sight, but I was wrong, I could feel his steps slow yet alarming as he inch closer to me. "I'm sorry I followed you, I swear I didn't hear anything, please." I sobbed hurriedly. He laughs, hard and my eyes snaps open to glare at him, Xander Adonis laughing, I must be dreaming, "who the hell are you?" He suddenly questions. I felt a tinge of sadness linger inside me for a milli second, the fact that we've attended same school since kindergarten and that he has always been in my class yet he can't even recognise me, killed every hope in me. "I'm-I'm." "Mari," a familiar voice called behind me and I'm quick to avert my gaze towards the voice only to be shocked to death. "Xander? There-there are two of you." "No, three actually." another voice utter behind Xander, i squint my eyes to get a better view of the person, only to see another guy that looks exactly like Xander with glasses strapped around his eyes, before another could speak I loose my balance letting my body fall limply to the floor, but I never got to hit the floor, someone held unto me. "Xander?" "I told you to stay away!" He grits out, I was about talking when something bangs my head. "Why the hell did you do that." "You're welcome ugly face." "We look the same." "Well too bad."
