The first Soul War left all parties devastated. The end only brought by the death of the mortinati's leader: Victor. Centuries later, his offspring have risen to their own wars. Whether the physical Holocaust being wrought upon all four kingdoms of the known world, or the battle of mental and morbid. War is on the horizon, a war that will bring a race out of its shadows, and another to its knees. And in the midst of it all, multiple people have their lives destroyed as they know them. They will engage in actions that can be the end of them . . . or the end of everyone else. It is the start of the Second Soul War, and the only certain outcome is death.

She had just wanted to help. Her father had been starving the creature for crying out loud. Sadly, her mission of kindness did not go according to plan. Now, princess Calipsa is stuck in the clutches of a dragon and a whole new world opens before her eyes. A world she's not quite sure she want to be a part of.
