So in this story, Izu is quirkless and he did not go to UA because after All Might had crushed his dream he gives up on being a hero. He did meet a few villains and hear about their side of the story and realise that this world is not all black and white so he decides to be grey and help both sides How will he do that you may ask? After being told for years that he couldn't be a hero, he stoped wanting that when he was like 7. He finally finds something he's passionate about and wants to spend the rest of his life doing.
