A tale of Fan Fiction concerning a very real and beautiful diamond called The Great Chrysanthemum. in this tale there are two familiar characters who are known world wide. The most famous of which is Ian Fleming's James Bond, the other is a heroine that was first seen as a cartoon strip in the 1960s and seen as a female version as 007 -the very beautiful Modesty Blaise as created by Peter O'Donnell. The tale sees them visiting various countries following and trying to retrieve the diamond. Both on separate missions their paths naturally cross. Containing diabolical villains, psychotic henchmen, exotic locales and excitement as the mission becomes more complex. So the stakes get higher. Set in the 1960s the tale hopefully captures the flavour of the works written by Fleming and O'Donnell. But only you the reader can judge that. Enjoy.
