it's not any one idea written about for many chapters, its a little of everything: science, theology, vampires, werewolves, spies. you name it its in my head and being written down. oh there is even something about killing all the stupid people in the world, hey I can think what I want, and then I just happen to write them down.

This is the sequel to Curious Can Get You Killed which I highly recommend you first read. If not, then this should still make plenty of sense. After killing Rev. Billings, Will returns home to the cottage where he, his adopted parents, and the girl he loves live in. Later, after sleeping off the worst of his pain, he and Victoria discuss his little problem of killing those who get in his way. Interrupted by a knock at the door, they find it is Joseph's mother looking for her son who Will left dead in the wreck of a steam-ship beached near shore. In 'looking' for him, they 'discover' the remains of Rev. Billings and Tori goes to the police as Will tells her what to do. The beginning of an investigation ensues in which the town's coroner will quickly discover, but never be able to tell, what happened to the body the kids 'discovered' in the forest. Later, Will and Tori's 'parents' return with grave news on their 'mother's' health. As the book progresses, Will begins his mental decline into insanity and attacks the little town of Ostego, Michigan. Terrified people have no idea just what is going on and fear for their lives. In his decline, Will becomes a vicious killer of people and destroys everything in his way--living or not. The quiet community of Ostego will get a loud wake-up call that will leave it forever changed. And none will ever be completely sure of exactly what happened as fact is stranger than fiction. Thrown through the fire in more ways than one, the quiet lives of Ostego's citizens will burn around them. Comments and votes are always very welcome (Especially comments).

In Ostego, Michigan, Joseph gets new neighbors. Always an exciting thing since it never happens to this teen living in 1948. Soon, though, he'll discover that his new neighbors are a bit off. Ok a lot of bit off. With his curiosity getting the best of him, he looks deeper into their lives and begins to uncover odd things about them which, in the end, might be his downfall. Curiosity killed the cat. He'll realize he should have listened to that old adage when he discovers they aren't human and that one of them has a taste for blood. Human blood. Will he survive, or will he be destroyed and never seen again, his body lost somewhere in the expansive forests and beaches of Northern Michigan's dune land wilderness. I've had much fun with this story, making it go deeper than I'd initially intended. You'll see what I mean as you get to the end. A new addition to this is that I've decided to write a second book that will be a continuation of this story and potentially, if things work out, a third would then be forthcoming. Currently, its title is 'Terror in the Town'. Just to make sure people don't think I spelled wrong or placed the city of Otsego in the wrong place, Ostego is a fictional town that serves as the place for many of my stories. I hope you enjoy it.
