Peter Parker is an orphan. That's not confidential information. What is confidential is that Peter Parker is also Spider-man. No one knows this, except Ned, to helps him sneak out of the orphanage every night. Everyone is fine, besides the abuse at the orphanage, and the Avengers being after him, how the fact that Steve and Tony Stark-Rogers want to adopt him! But ignoring all that, everything is fine. Peter Parker aka Spider-man has lost everyone. His Parents, Aunt May, Uncle Ben, and Mary Jane. Peter is now homeless and running from Child Protective Services (CPS). He hardly has any money and also needs to be everyone's friendly neighborhood Spider-man. He is having trouble with homeless problems and more but when the famous Avengers find out about this boy his life changes drastically.
