"There is no need to carry me to another prison. My life is already ebbing away. I suggest that you nail me to a cross and burn me alive. My flaming body will be a torch to light my people on their path to freedom."- The very words of the man behind the gun.
The very gun that fired the shot.
The shot that claimed the lives of millions.
It started WW1.
So much contradiction on who he was.
The man the fired the shot.
No one really knows for sure.
Some people believe this is a punishment.
He doesn't deserve to be immortalised.
He doesn't deserve to be known.
Others believe he has been done injustice.
He deserves to be well known.
But are we only judging him because of the gun he held and the shot he fired?
So who really was the man behind the gun?
Who was Gavrilo Princip?
