This story takes place 7 years after Rory turned down Logan's proposal. What happens when Logan and Rory run into each other in New York City? Logan lives in London and Rory lives in NY. Are they still running into obstacles? Can Rory save Logan from a life of unhappiness? I thought they had a real love in the series and wanted to finish their story. I didn't like most of the AYITL series, (except Fall) especially how Rory was portrayed. I have put this story out as my version. I think we all should be thankful to Amy Sherman Palladino and Dan Palladino for their wonderful characters and, of course, I don't own these characters.

Rory has been working at the Stars Hallow Gazette and doing a bit of freelancing here and there since she landed the job when Bernie retired and it's been four years since she and Logan said that final goodbye in New Hampshire. But what happens when she lands a major interview at the New York Times in the big city and she runs into none other than Logan Huntzberger.

Logan and Rory haven't spoken since that fateful day 8 years ago when she refused his proposal and both of their hearts were broken, but neither of them have really moved on. Will a chance meeting in Hamburg set things right or be disastrous? Note: I do not own the copyright to these characters or to Gilmore Girls. This is simply how I envisioned their story.

It seems that no matter how much time passes by, the big questions left by Gilmore Girls 'A Year in the Life' still remain. Who was the father of Rory's baby? How committed was Logan to the Dynastic plan? Would Rory bring up her child alone as her mother had? It's time to go back to Stars Hollow once more and try to get some closure. But first, it's off to London to see how Logan is doing since saying goodbye to Rory at New Hampshire.

Logan and Rory met sporadically when they were attending Yale. However, she had a relationship with, James Thompson. After the year abroad she went back to London with James. They got married, had a little daughter named Cameron Katherine and unfortunately their lives were destroyed like a house of cards when they diagnosed James with pancreatic cancer in the hospital in 2007

Dinner at the Huntzberger's didn't go according to plan. Insults thrown left and right at Rory but Logan defends her. However when a certain cord is struck things take a drastic change.

... 6 years since she said no. 6 miserable years. Logan misses her so much and Rory misses him even more. A plan is developed between Logan and someone unexpected. Will the plan work or will it fail?

About 6 years after New Hampshire and Rory, with her giant support system, find the courage to get through the major winter holiday; Christmas. Let's see how Rory gets through the holiday with the help of, and unexpectedly surprising, her ex-boyfriend and his family.

From when Logan, Colin and Finn played that stunt in Mr. Bells class and Rory getting back at Logan by having Richard talk to him while Finn and Colin watch. What if Mitchum catches wind and takes it seriously? Rory meeting the family sooner than planned and all things either coming to a crashing halt or it escalates quickly. How would Shira act towards Rory earlier? Would things be better, or worse? Also, what if Rory wasn't showing a high school student from Chilton around campus when the stunt was pulled.
