Rewrite and continuation of dekus misfortune Discontinued and mostly incomplete I've summarized what I wanted the ending to be but still read at your own risk. I decided to republish this story mainly because i wrote this in middle school and even though I don't like my old writing it holds memories I'm fond off. The other reason I decided to repost it is to give you guys some ending it may not be what you wanted but something is better than nothing. Midoriya Izuku's life has never been easy, from witnessing the death of loved ones to being thrown from foster home to foster home. Love would become an absent word until he meets a companion to stick with until the end. Unfortunately, lady fate seemed to have something against him. He would survive, however, come heaven or hell. He would survive. Or, Midoriya Izuku is left an orphan after his mother is murdered in a home invasion. His life would only continue to spiral downwards, his own quirk being the cause of a majority of grievances.

Instead, the man leans in by the boy's shoulder, trying to see the screen better. The boy doesn't seem to notice, he's too busy mumbling, his brows furrowed. "... I mean, if the giant baby represents those people who never grow up, what does Haku represent in relation to Chihiro? From the floor, Izuku gapes at him. His mouth opens, then closes. Then opens again. The man studies him as he sits on the bed, unamused. "I can still kill you. So don't be stupid and scream." Izuku closes his mouth. ---- Dabi starts appearing in Izuku's dorm room from time to time. We should all pray for Izuku, really. There's always something happening to him. ---- Okay, so I come up with something new every two days. Sue me.

Fear is an emotion Midoriya Izuku is well-acquainted with. It is something feels whenever he's in pain. It is an emotion that always lingered behind his mind, never disappearing. Never fading away. A villain offers a hand to him, and he feels nothing. He sees an opportunity, and when he recalls how his life was up to this point, he knows what to do. He takes it.
