A mysterious meta human called "The Blur" has taken to saving lives around Coast City. Iris West is getting tipped off by a hacker that is hellbent on staying anonymous. And Detective West finds a new partner in John Jones. Things are not the way they should be, and it is up to Barry to change them before things get extremely out of hand.
