Gerard Way is a deaf teenager from Belleville, New Jersey. While he works on getting through school, he finds himself stuck with a new sign language translator named Frank Iero. Gerard likes Frank a lot, and subconsciously works to try and impress him. As their relationship grows, Gerard comes closer to finding a secret that he knows Frank is hiding from him. She went under extreme depression leaving the two boys with a mother (or step-mother) that was somewhat unstable. So with a mother who was always crying and wallowing in self-pity, will the two boys actually suck it up and talk to each other when there is no one else? And maybe they get too friendly with each other...
