Daryl, a cocky, good looking redneck is determined to get under her skin, but still be able to protect her. Beth is torn between choosing the right thing to do, or fall in love,which will lead to a certain death. All she knows is that she must fight the dead, and fear the living.

This story takes place right after the walkers invade Beth and Daryl's home at the cemetery. Beth is taken and Daryl will stop at nothing to get her back. Some lines are changed and some of it is written the way I wished it could've went. I know this story is a little late for a Bethyl story, but I decided to write one anyway in honor of Beth Greene.
