"The good girl always falls for the bad boy," he sneered and I smirked. "Well, you're in luck because I'm not a good girl," I retorted, causing a small smile to appear on his face. "Prove it." When Andy Deeks moves away from home to attend university, she soon regrets not checking out the details on her new roommate first. Enter Hunter. Arrogant and a bad boy, yet totally irresistible. Andy soon finds herself shedding her good girl shell to teach this jerk a lesson. Dozens of bets, make out sessions and challenges causes Andy to start following Hunter's lead. Cliche story about the girl changing the player? No, the player is changing the good girl, and not for the better. This story has now been published with multiple changes! He lit his cigarette, I lit nothing. He drank alcohol, I drank water. He smirked, I smiled. He didn't love me, I didn't love him. He and I together wouldn't last a day. And then the game started... He said he found me intriguing, unique, and interesting because I didn't swoon over him. "You and me Grey, let's play a game. We'll date and in three months time I promise you will fall for me. When you fall in love with me between that time span, I win. If in any way you were to win I'll give up all the alcohol, cigarettes, and player ways." It was a game I wasn't willing to lose, but all games had accidents and consequences. It takes a broken heart to know how to break a heart.

"Are you scared of me?" I break the silence. "Terrified." For a second his dark eyes are on mine, and he's quiet. Then he touches my face and leans in. I can tell he knows that I'm just as nervous as he is. I hate how I become vulnerable when it comes to him. I hate how I easily melt into his grasp and I hate how he must feel my heart being ripped out of my chest with the pace that it's beating at. He grins and presses his lips to mine. Sometimes I wonder if love is worth fighting for, but when I look at him, I know for sure it most definitely is. The thing about love is that you never see it coming. It goes around haunting and tormenting you, but what I learned is that it is worth waiting for. And right now, I'm glad I waited for it. Divergent High School AU.--read at your own risk. I wrote this in eighth grade and it is SUPER cringe worthy, so I'm sorry if you hate it. But it gets better...sort of? Disclaimer: I don't own any of the Divergent characters or the book series, just the plot to this story.
