When Maka is suddenly cursed unknowingly by a witch, Soul decides to set off with Kidd, Liz, and Patty to gather things for a cure. Along the way they meet Kidds old friend, and she agrees to help them. Will they find a cure in time? Will Maka be ok?

maka sat in her room watching tv. she thought about her partner who had refused to become a deathscyth for Mr. death. he had moved out of death city and into New York City. she misses him. she heard a knock on the door. "hey maka!!" patty said holding a note. "have you heard of that there is a dance tonight!" she said ready. "drinks, food, dancing, music, boys" liz exclaimed with joy."all right all right I'll go!" first we need dresses." maka said. blackstar and kid were standing and waiting for Soul. when he finally arrived, blackstar had jumped up and down. "how old are you blackstar?" soul asked. "23!" he said. "strange world huh kid?" soul asked too. "help me" he said weakly. he noticed some flyers on the table. "what's this?" kid said. and brought it to tsubaki. "you guys should go it'll bring you guys together more!" tsubaki said gleefuly. "I guess so, if were going we need suits. exept you blackstar you don't need one." soul said. and they headed out.
