To put it shortly, she's a perfectly normal girl. Or is she? Some secrets remain truly secret. Some scars aren't visible on the outside. Some people are Broken. Author's Note: I have been reading a lot of these "Adopted by -" fanfictions lately. I wanted to write something different. Take the cliché concept, and change it in something original.

Dan wekt echter de zachtaardige Kieran zijn aandacht. Tegen al zijn instincten in beschouwt Pax het als zijn taak de nieuwe jongen te beschermen, op gevaar voor eigen leven.
