It's been decades since the second rebellion. The Games continue, the Capitol has a new president. Ever since I can remember, my father convinced me to train for the Hunger Games. The time has finally come. This year is going to be my year. I'm ready. I can do it, I can go into the Hunger Games and take it all. The 107th Hunger Games is mine for the taking, and nobody is going to stop me from being crowned victor. They'll die trying.

Have you ever wondered what the first Hunger Games was like? There are quite a few inconsistencies that I am working on changing at the moment, I also plan to lengthen some chapters. Please wait to read this book until it has been re-titled as 'The 1st Ever Hunger Games - Updated'. This process shouldn't take too long now. Thanks for being patient with me.

What would have happened if Katniss didn't take Prim's spot in The Hunger Games? Would anything be any different? Would a new story unfold? This is my version. *WARNING: Things have been changed. Don't say I didn't warn you.*

❝Too many war wounds and not enough wars.❞ it's the 75th annual hunger games, and thalia forkshire knows that means there will be a twist - she just didn't expect it to be this big. because not becoming attached is easier said than done, and the gamemakers have a knack for knowing your weaknesses before you know them yourself. ©stilestastic 2014 // lowercase intended

This is The Hunger Games from Clove's point of view. Clove volunteers to be a part of the 74th Hunger Games, she's been training ever since she was a kid, but things don't go according to what she plans. A major twist happens, something Clove never thought would happen. Clove makes decisions she never thought she'd make. The strangest alliances are formed. Will Clove win the 74th Hunger Games? Will everything actually go according to her plan? So, this story isn't actually following The Hunger Games. It also follows more of the movie rather than the book. The death orders are different, different things happen and I have changed the story. It's not only from Clove's POV, but it is different from the real Hunger Games. Hope you enjoy the twists :)

Thanks to my editors... check out their works! Izzy (bellabooily1997) Lizzy (MySweetSunshine) Since Suzanne Collins wrote from Katniss's point of view, I decided it would be fun to write from Peeta's point of view. All characters belong on Suzanne Collins. (Sorry for any inaccuracies, I lent my book to a friend, so I'm basing this off of memory.)

What if Katniss never volunteered for Prim? What would her story be like? Most likely, she would have been killed by one of the career tributes. But what if the odds really are in her favor? Read Prim's story, as she is picked for the 74th annual Hunger Games to fight to the death. This is a fan-fiction story based on the novel "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. *Disclaimer: I do not own any rights to the characters, ideas, plot, dialogue, and whatsoever. All rights go to Suzanne Collins, the author of the original book, The Hunger Games. This is just a fan-fiction novel based off the novel. Please take note that if you haven't read the books (or watched the movies), this might be a bit hard to understand.* first draft ©2014 illiterate-writer revision ©2018 illiterate-writer cover ©2015 Thethreesisters
