Neither Switzerland nor Romano are really shown as anything less than angry, hostile guys that only get along with a few people on occasion. But that isn't completely true, yes Switzerland does shoot at Italy the moment he steps foot on his property without hesitation and Romano yells and fights anyone who even slightly pisses him off, but what if those are just acts.
