He help her train and to become an excellent student in the academy. While attending the academy she eventually met Naruto who was alone on the playground. From there on out they became best friends. Lord Third insisted them to move together when she made 12 since he didn't have any one her age staying with him & it would be good for Naruto to have someone to come home to like family... then eventually she slowly was falling for Naruto but who knows Sasuke might steal her from him.....
