Two kids: Luna Malcolm and Flare Myers. One lives in Australia, and one lives in England. They both have perfect lives, lots of friends, happy families and lots of money. When the world around them begins to fall apart, they don't notice...that is, they don't notice until their worlds begin to fall apart. He appreciated the things he was given in life. The one thing he is afraid of is the night, mainly the light the moon brought to the world. It was ominous and mysterious. If he can't figure something out instantly, he avoids it, which is why he hates when the night comes.
