There is a legend, long ago. The legend goes something like this. The Dragon Booster, a dragon and human pair, stopped a massive war between human and dragon kind. All was well, the end. Unfortunately, not quite. A new war is on the horizon and Artha Penn is about to find out that the legend meant to save everyone doesn't work the way it's supposed to. At all.
