13 years after the events that took place in Egypt, Kaguya Houraisan arrives at the coastal town of Mayohiga on behalf of the Yagokoro Foundation. Her goal is to locate Eirin's illegitimate daughter, now a highschool student, and secondly to investigate the reports of a Standmaku wielding serial killer. Little does she knows an incident is brewing anew amidst this town, one that would leave it changed for forever.
