Her and Eleven have the same powers and are used as weapons. Something they don't want to do is hurt people, and that's what there forced to do. April 3rd 1981, Nine escaped Hawkins with Eleven. They got caught, but Eleven was the one taken away. She told Nine to keep going and never stop running. Never stop running. #89 in horror
