⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and coughs of flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. The infection can be removed through surgery, but the feelings disappear along with the petals. As you all know, this is one sided love. In the AU I'm going to have Lance in love with Keith because in my opinion Keith doesn't have a crush on anyone. At the end of the book they eventually both fall in love and the disease disappears. Keith prefers to keep to himself and only talks to shiro, but that changes when shiro drags Keith along to a group get together and lance gets curious.
