Amber Garrett, the newest BLINK agent, is forced to prove herself when her first mission involves an alien threat that could destroy all of humanity. ***** Amber Garrett can blink teleporting herself to anywhere she wants to go which means she's a natural recruit for the galaxy-spanning BLINK organisation. Fresh out of training she's sent to a colony on the edge of space where contact has been lost. The colony's silence however isn't due to an equipment malfunction and Amber quickly discovers she's the last hope the BLINK organisation has to stop a threat to the entire galaxy. It may be her first mission but she'll have to use every ounce of her talent not just to stay alive but to prevent the destruction of all of humanity. [NB. Rey still had compassion for Ben, but after he asked her to join him, she realized he was just manipulating her the whole time. Or was he? Maybe he truly felt lost and alone. She knew about his conflict with himself. She was the only being who knew, besides Leia and Luke. Rey wanted to help him. But everytime she got closer to helping him, the further he plunged himself into the dark side. She didn't know how to help, but she sure as hell wasn't going to give up on Ben. ------ Years after the Starkiller has been destroyed, Kylo Ren is still conflicted with himself. The call to the Resistance has still been pulling him in, and so has the light side. Rey keeps thinking about Ben and how he can bring him back. Rey seems to be the only one who has hope in Ben Solo.
