In preparation of the fight against Neathia in order to claim their Sacred Orb for himself, there is a power of the Doom Dimension that Emperor Barodius feels the need to claim for himself. Learning that this Bakugan has a human partner on Earth, and she had not gone to New Vestroia to assist against the Vestal Invaders due to not being needed. Which seemed like the perfect opportunity. With their plans being near perfect, Barodius himself meets the brawler who is partnered with this Bakugan with the intent to bring her back after eventually convincing her that they need her help. Or put her under a brain washing technique to force both her and her Bakugan to comply and fight him. Either way, this seemed like the perfect plan. But the more time Barodius would spend with this human, he starts to change his mind. Not straight away, but the thought was there. And it fully becomes realized in an incident involving the girl, and he decides that her assistance would not be necessary. But when that same girl eventually finds her way to Neathia on a fateful day that the emperor meets Dan Kuso and his Pyrus Dragonoid, it becomes evident that his real intent could never remain hidden. And never expected that this girl would stand in his way, making it perhaps the most difficult decision of his life.
